Creamline is a mobile dessert food truck and matcha bar based in Bochum, Germany. We bring handmade mini pancakes, iced matcha and specialty coffee to weddings, company parties and private events across the Ruhr region and North Rhine-Westphalia. Here are the answers to the questions we are asked most.
Every event is different, so we put together an individual quote based on guest numbers, duration and what you would like us to serve. Send us your enquiry through the form and we will reply within 48 hours, free of obligation.
Yes. Our matcha bar packages start at 299 € and food truck catering from 699 €. The difference is that with the food truck the travel, setup and staffing apply regardless of how many guests you have. What your event costs in the end depends on guest numbers, duration and the scope of service – we calculate that individually.
Please allow at least 14 days so we can reliably plan the date, the staff and the shopping. Shorter notice is still possible: send the enquiry and also drop a line to hello@creamline.eu, then we will check straight away whether the date is still free.
In three steps: you send us your enquiry with the date, the location and a rough number of guests. Within 48 hours you receive an individual quote, free of obligation. If you accept it, we come to your event, handle setup and packing down, and serve everything freshly on site.
The presentation of our services on this website or in the menu is not yet a binding offer. The contract comes into effect when you accept our individual quote unchanged within its acceptance period – by email or, where offered, through the Lexware Office customer centre. The automatic confirmation that your enquiry has reached us is not yet an acceptance of contract. Please note that the German terms and conditions are the legally binding version.
We do not grant a blanket right to cancel free of charge at any time; your statutory rights of cancellation, withdrawal and revocation remain unaffected. Please send cancellations or change requests by email to hello@creamline.eu. We then settle the booking transparently: costs we save and work we can take on instead on your date are deducted, payments already made are credited, and any remaining balance is refunded without delay. The deposit does not simply lapse. Section 7 of our terms has the details – the German terms and conditions are the legally binding version.
Creamline can be booked across the whole Ruhr region and within roughly 20 kilometres of Bochum, Germany. That includes Dortmund, Essen, Duisburg, Gelsenkirchen, Herne, Witten and Hagen. For events beyond that radius – Düsseldorf or Cologne, for example – we put together an individual quote including travel costs.
Yes, on request we travel throughout North Rhine-Westphalia and anywhere in Germany. Travel costs are then listed separately in your quote so there are no hidden extras.
The Creamline food truck needs access to 2× standard household socket. If you book the matcha or açaí bar on its own, 1× household socket is enough. Three-phase power or an industrial outdoor connection is never required.
The trailer is 357 cm long including the tow bar (220 cm without), 203 cm wide and 258 cm high. Ideally allow about one extra metre of standing space. Please check the height of 258 cm if there are low entrances or archways.
No. Fresh water and waste water tanks are on board and last a full event day. No external water or drainage connection is needed.
Handmade mini pancakes in several variations, açaí, iced matcha and iced matcha foam from our matcha bar, specialty coffee, plus house-made refreshers and iced teas. Everything is prepared fresh in front of your guests.
Yes. Alongside regular milk we offer coconut milk and oat milk as plant-based alternatives. Coffee and matcha drinks are also available with syrup (vanilla, caramel or hazelnut).
With a flat fee you as the host pay an agreed amount and your guests get everything at no cost to them – the usual choice for weddings and company parties. In the self-paying model your guests pay for their own orders on site, in cash, by card or contactless. Both work; just tell us in the enquiry which you have in mind and we will quote accordingly.
On site we accept cash, German debit cards (EC) and contactless payment. Business customers are invoiced.
Once the contract is in place we invoice 10 % of the agreed total as a deposit. It is due within seven calendar days of the deposit invoice reaching you and is credited in full against the total price. The remaining amount has to be credited to our business account no later than the calendar day before the event starts – the exact date is stated in good time on the invoice. For very short-notice bookings we agree separate payment terms before the contract is concluded. Business customers can instead arrange to be invoiced after the event.
Yes. R.S. Dessert and More UG (haftungsbeschränkt) – trading as Creamline – issues a proper invoice for every catering job, with German VAT shown separately as required by § 14 UStG, sent digitally as a PDF within 3 working days of the event. For business customers, paying by invoice after the event is agreed separately before the contract is concluded (section 4 of our terms) – which replaces the balance payment before the event.
